Meet the Doctors
Our doctors are all highly trained and experienced veterinarians
who love animals and thoroughly enjoy practicing veterinary medicine.
Dr. Britt Culver is our board-certified internal medicine specialist.
In addition to treating patients from our clinic who require advanced
medical care, Dr. Culver examines seriously ill animals referred
by other veterinarians across the state.
All of our vets participate in continuing education to stay on
top of the latest developments in veterinary medicine. We do this
to make sure we offer our patients the best possible veterinary
care.
We also pursue additional training in specific areas. For example,
Dr. Brenda Culver has a special interest in ophthalmology, while
Dr. Dana Liska has a special interest in dermatology and behavioral
medicine. Dr. Rockwell's special interests include cardiology and
feline medicine.
Dr. Britt Culver graduated from Colorado State University
vet school. He then pursued advanced training in internal medicine,
spending one year at Purdue University and three years at Virginia
Tech. He is board-certified by the American College of Veterinary
Internal Medicine.
Dr. Brenda Culver is also a graduate of Colorado State University
vet school. She spent an additional year at Purdue University in
advanced training in small animal medicine and surgery. She is a
member of the American Society of Veterinary Ophthalmology.
Dr. Dana Liska graduated from Kansas State University vet
school. She then completed a year of advanced training in a private
referral practice, focusing on small animal surgery, small animal
medicine, radiology and emergency/critical care. She is a member
of the American Academy of Veterinary Dermatology. Dr. Liska is
currently on leave attending a two-year residency in dermatology
at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Jennifer Rockwell graduated from the University of Georgia
vet school. She then completed an additional year of advanced training
at Virginia Tech in small animal medicine and surgery, focusing
on internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, soft tissue surgery, radiology,
emergency medicine, cardiology and neurology. She is a member of
the American Association of
Feline Practitioners. In addition to cardiology and feline medicine,
Dr. Rockwell's special interests include an emphasis on client education
and the human-animal bond.
